General Summary of Purpose of this Position:
Represents Resource Property Management (RPM) at an assigned rental (apartment) complex. Assists with leasing procedures, conducts periodic inspections, works in conjunction with maintenance personnel to coordinate maintenance and residents’ repair requests and coordinate service contractors. Assists with residents’ move-in/move-out, performs minor cleaning, coordinates apartment reconditioning between residents, and generally assists the residents with their rental needs.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will attend appropriate meetings, workshops, and conferences as required by the RPM program manager. This position requires all training certifications required for the position to be completed within one year.
